By accessing or using Keeper Loyalty ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using our Services on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to create a merchant account. By using our Services, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
Refunds: We offer a pro-rated refund within 7 days of initial subscription. After that period, payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
Plan changes: Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and exclude applicable taxes.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
You retain ownership of all member data you collect through the platform. By using our Service, you grant us a limited licence to process that data solely to provide the Service to you.
The Keeper Loyalty platform, including its design, code, and content, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our written permission.
You retain all rights to your own branding, logos, and content uploaded to the platform.

You may cancel your account at any time from the Billing & Plans section of your dashboard. Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keeper Loyalty shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
